The independent kitchen but open to the living room, it has 600MB fiber Internet, SMART Satellite TV, air conditioning with a consumption control for its correct use, comfortable dining room and views of the terrace with outdoor table, solarium and a barbecue area with views of La Concha Beach.


The house has several slopes and stairs that go to the different environments.
