The holiday homes are located in a quiet former small mountain town, directly in the Oberharz, a climatic health resort. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. There are many kilometres of signposted hiking trails. Three kilometres away is the Innerste reservoir with water sports facilities, such as pedal boating, surfing and sailing, and fishing is also possible with a permit. Goslar, the former old imperial city with many sights, is only 20 kilometres away, and in winter the region around the mountain town turns into a huge winter sports area.

Our holiday home is idyllically situated on the edge of Lautenthal, in the Innerste valley.

Located at the end of a purely residential street, there is no through traffic. Built close to the edge of the forest, you come out of the house and are immediately surrounded by beautiful nature.

In the immediate vicinity of the well-developed cycle path to Wildemann, you have the opportunity to cycle or skate in winter for cross-country skiing.
There are also many opportunities to access the well-developed network of paths for hiking excursions to the Bromberg or to the popular excursion destination Maßener Gaipel right on the doorstep.
You can reach the heated outdoor pool on foot in approx. 8 minutes and the village centre in approx. 15 minutes. For children, this place is a true ElDorado for fun. Play and adventure.
The many hiking trails invite you to take long walks with your dog. Pets are very welcome here. Bookings of two or more pets are not possible with us.
