This spacious mansion, approximately 100 years old, invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or a large group in the north of the island.
Business meetings, sporting events or festive celebrations are welcome!
The house is situated at the entrance of Llubí, where you will find good restaurants and shops. The dreamlike sandy beach of "Playa de Muro", 12 kilometres long, is 15 kilometres away.
The house was originally one of the first distilleries in Mallorca until it was finally restored as a Majorcan style house.
The house is divided into 8 accommodation units, each accommodation unit has a double bedroom (2 beds) and a bathroom.
- Ground floor: 2 accommodation units
- First floor: 3 accommodation units
- Second floor: 3 accommodation units
The floors are connected by a central staircase and a lift. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
The house has WIFI access throughout the property, as well as great spaces to be all together, such as the beautiful barbecue area, and ample covered parking.
