A dream house in a very nice location for the best holidays.
A large property in Mediterranean ceramic style that offers many spaces to enjoy a great holiday, good opportunity for large families.
At only 1 km from Manacor you will find this wonderful house. In this village you will find good restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities. The house is also only 2,5 km away from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. Besides the famous "Cuevas del Drach" there is a lot to discover in the surroundings. You also have many of the best beaches nearby and easily accessible by car.
The house has a nice entrance hall, from here you pass into the large living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area, an air conditioning is installed here. It continues into the spacious fully fitted kitchen with another dining table and a comfortable sofa. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
On the upper floor 4 more bedrooms are prepared, one with two single beds and the others with a double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom is equipped with bath and shower en suite, on the same level there is an additional bathroom with bath and shower.
The terrace in front of the kitchen and the living rooms is covered and provides the necessary shade. Outside there are several cosy seating areas.
From here you can enjoy the fabulous view over the well-kept garden with its large trees and soft lawn and have direct access to the large pool, where comfortable sun loungers are provided.
We recommend the spectacular barbecue area, like a small annex house. It is prepared with a full kitchen, large barbecue area and a toilet. All outside, in an idyllic corner and next to the pool with stunning views across the countryside.
