Studio of 33 m2 consists of a hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a glazed balcony. The flat has everything necessary for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, all appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, iron), kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen, TV (Spanish). There is air-conditioning. Nearby there are two beaches - Los Locos (about 300 m walking distance) and Del Cura (about 500 m). All infrastructure is in place: hairdresser, pharmacy, shops, city bus stop. Popular supermarket "Consum" at 150 meters! Around there are plenty of bars and cafés. Accommodation for max. 3 persons (no pets allowed!). Smoking is not allowed in the flat!

Check-in is from 15:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A security deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
