The tasteful Villa Mar y Mercedes with private pool is located in the municipality of the small mountain village Torrox Pueblo in Andalusia (southern Spain), very close to the Costa del Sol. The next sandy beach in Torrox Costa is about 10 - 15 minutes away, the village Torrox about 5 minutes.

The extremely well-kept house and the spacious pool area are surrounded by avocado plantations; the Spanish owners of the holiday home also grow them here themselves. From your property and the two terraces you have an incomparable sea view and a very beautiful panorama into the wonderful, southern Spanish mountain world. The barbecue area is covered and protected from the wind, so that it is more than suitable to grill your dinner yourself. You can play table tennis - a table tennis table is available here (please bring your own racket and balls).

The access from the so-called white village Torrox (approx. 5 minutes by car) is via a path of only about 1.5 km, which is cemented or concreted up to about 400 m. You don't need an off-road vehicle for this camp trail, but a little slower and with a pothole at walking speed you should drive with your rental car. To the beach you only need about 10 - 15 minutes and also more than enough shopping facilities in Torrox Pueblo and especially in Torrox Costa (Mercadona, Aldi, Super Sol, Lidl, ...) are within easy reach.

The location with only about 10 minutes to the next motorway exit (with connection to Granada, Malaga, Marbella and Sevilla) and the proximity to the beautiful village Torrox Pueblo makes this holiday home an ideal holiday domicile. But you can neither see nor hear the motorway. The really big and also in the smallest detail lovingly furnished house offers enough space to spend a great holiday with up to 6 persons.
The private pool of approx. 4 m x 8 m is of course only available to the guests of the holiday home Villa Mari Mercedes. The parking space with shade in front of the property is also reserved only for the guests of this villa. If required, 2 rental cars can be parked in front of the house. The large, roofed hok charcoal grill on the likewise very generous terrace is ideal for the "obligatory" barbecue evening with freshly caught fish from the Mediterranean or delicious meat.

General information
Renting a car or a private car is mandatory, as this holiday home is located in the countryside, there are no street names and it is not accessible by public transport. The property is private and although there are houses in the area, none are in the immediate vicinity.
This is an ideal property for families. Only over 25 years old.
Only the guests specified in the contract are permitted on the property.
Pool season: usually from 01 April to 31 October
Wi-Fi is available for an extra fee.
Your on-site support speaks German, English and Spanish. We will meet you at an easy to find place, drive with you to your holiday home, hand you the keys and tell you all the special features of the house and the surroundings. If there should be any problem, we will be at your disposal by e-mail and/or telephone.
Dogs are allowed for an extra fee.
